Dwello was born from the idea and the ambition to open up the market of residential investments. By bringing supply and demand together on an online platform, transparency is created and buying investment properties becomes more accessible.
Thesio has been involved in developing this renewed concept from the very first moment, from market research to setting up the business model. From this business plan, the need then arose: to develop a scalable platform to bring together buyers and sellers of investment properties and to digitize the purchase process.
The main challenge was to set up a user-friendly process for both parties (buyers and sellers) for relatively complex matter.
The UX/Design process provided by Thesio and the prototyping that was deployed helped to create a very user-friendly onboarding and also gives you, the interested party, plenty of control over the impact that various factors have on the ultimate return on an investment property.
To provide the user with a fast and interactive experience, we chose to develop this application in our Javascript stack. In addition, we are prepared for a strong growth of the platform and thus the technical scalability of the platform is ensured.
